Each calendar year LAPES selects a theme relevant to contemporary Latin American philosophy of education. International scholars and teaching professionals are frequently invited to contribute a text to the publication of the LAPES journal, LÁPIZ. As of 2019, we are transitioning to a CFP model. Texts are published in Spanish, Portuguese, or English. The journal is available in print as well as via the LAPES website.
In addition to the journal, we organize and publish individual essays, edited volumes, and other scholarly works.
